“I work out with her twice a week and have done cardiovascular testing with her to find my VO2 level. I am now working out with a heart rate monitor to stay in the zone that will help me lose pounds. My weight has dropped 20 pounds, and I feel great and am much stronger. My posture has vastly improved by strengthening my back and neck muscles. And if that weren’t enough she has also helped me with stress management through breathing exercises. I don’t think I can say enough good things about her.”
