“It’s a lifestyle and encouraging to me to know even at 90, I will be strong and healthy.

I cannot describe the difference Birgitt has made in my overall health and attitude about myself. Her professionalism and knowledge of the human body have far outweighed any experience I have had with many personal trainers in my life. Birgitt not only works with me physically but mentally.

She has taught me to learn to be patience with my body and feel and listen to what my body is telling me. She works with my work schedule and she gives me a routine for the rest of the week according to my progress. It is hard to find someone these days with such compassion, positive attitude and friendship that Birgitt has shown.

I have seen such a difference in my overall body mass and not one day do I go home feeling sore or discouraged. She truly cares about my well-being. I thought when my body breaks down with aches and pains it was just age and I just need to accept that. What I did not realized is that this can all be prevented with a proper and consistent workout.

Like everything in life it is a process with amazing results. It’s a life style and encouraging to me to know even at 90 I will be strong and healthy and will be able to overcome any health issue by continuing to build myself physically and mentally with only a 10 to 15 minutes workout a day of stretching, light exercise routine (which she hands me and tweaks as I get stronger) and all the support I need by phone or e-mail.”

Too many people leave their best self in the gym when they walk out, and some of us don’t have the chance to make it to the gym.
